From People Pleaser to Sovereign Leader 

My Journey Home to the Crown
I grew up in Volos, Greece, as the strong one, the caretaker, the parentified daughter who carried everyone else’s emotional weight. I learned early on to be responsible, capable, and accommodating. To stay silent about my needs. For years, I lived disconnected from my soul and who I truly was. I achieved. I performed. I made others proud. But inside, I felt like I was living someone else’s life. 

The Turning Point

As a teenager, I competed nationally as a beach volleyball athlete. For three consecutive years, I reached the final game and lost. Again and again.

Those moments of failure ignited something inside me a restlessness, a hunger to understand why.

Why do we fall?
Why do we rise?
What gives life true meaning beyond victory or defeat?
And instinctively, I turned to the Ancient Greek philosophers - to Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle - as if my soul already knew they held the answers. Their words became my compass and my path to winning my lower self and the gold medal on the final game.

They offered me universal truths about courage, virtue, purpose, and the soul’s journey.
Since then, I have never turned back. Their teachings became the safe harbour I had been seeking within myself, the anchor that would guide me through every season of my life.

The Path of Experience

From 2007 to 2020, I lived abroad on a journey that shaped both my business mind and my soul. I studied International Business and Communication Management at The Hague University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, before moving to London, where I built a thriving career in the corporate world.

In London’s fast-paced city center, I worked in commercial and business development roles for major global organizations. I collaborated with international teams, led strategic partnerships, and achieved remarkable results yet the whisper of the soul never stopped:

“There’s more than success. There’s truth.”

The Call to Coach

My coaching journey began in 2016 when I was certified as a Life Coach. Through the teachings of some of the world’s leading mentors like Tony Robbins, pioneers in their work and countless certifications, and deep immersions, I rose.

I integrated everything I learned from modern coaching with the timeless wisdom of the ancient Greek philosophers who had guided me since I was a teenager.

The same year, I was invited to speak at the World Congress of Philosophy in Athens, delivering a speech titled “The Activity of Philosophy as the Key to Personal Development.” That moment became a bridge where my love for ancient wisdom met the modern world of self-mastery and leadership.

Today, I guide entrepreneurs, executives, and visionaries like you - who feel called to something greater, those ready to lead from soul rather than strategy alone.
